Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with a preferred MBA in Operations. The candidate should have 4-7 years of experience in project management and a solid understanding of business cases and risk management. 

 

Job Description

• Lead project initiation and planning, ensuring that project goals and objectives are clearly defined, and project scope is well-understood and agreed upon.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, including identifying and managing project stakeholders, and providing regular communication and updates to project team members and stakeholders. 
• Plan, monitor, and track project progress, identify and resolve issues and risks as they arise, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of business cases and risk management, including identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that project activities are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Facilitate regular project team meetings and stakeholder communications, providing status updates and ensuring that everyone is aware of project progress and any issue that need to be addressed.
• Ensure that project activities are in compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that project documents are up-to-date and well organized.
• Participate in project reviews and ensure that lessons learned are incorporated into future project planning and execution.

 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management/IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in project management
• IT project management experience.
• Solid understanding of business cases and risk management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in full life cycle project management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
