Summary:

The Chief Cybersecurity Practice Head (CCSPH) at StickmanCyber is a critical leader in achieving commercial outcomes for our organisation by defining the technical and strategic cybersecurity direction of the company in order to achieve product/market fit for our target market segments.

This role emphasizes technical expertise in cybersecurity, focusing on driving commercial outcomes across all product and service lines, innovation, strategic guidance according to market trends and competition, leading product development across all practices, pricing and input to the development of the StickSecure cybersecurity platform. CCSPH collaborates closely with the Founder and CEO to shape the platform's vision and execution while ensuring the product and services for the consulting division are built and delivered to industry standards.

Job Description

• StickmanCyber Practices: lead, manage and grow the 6 practices at StickmanCyber covering GRC, Purple Team, Security Operations Center, vCISO, Cloud Security and AI Safety and Security
• Commercial Leadership: Achieve commercial outcomes by successfully delivering on customer expectations, improving current product profitability and identifying new, profitable products and segments.
• Strategic Leadership: Identify key market trends, evolving customer pain points, emerging technologies and threat landscapes and competitor positioning to define product strategies and roadmaps. Be responsible for all the cybersecurity practices within StickmanCyber and where needed by updating and also creating new services and consulting services to meet market needs and build market share.
• Team Leadership: Define the organisational structure for commercial success and optimal delivery and ensure customer needs are met and possibly exceeded.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder and CEO, for the development of StickSecure. Assist in setting strategic goals, making key decisions, and driving the vision of the platform.
• Technical Advisory and Advocacy: Act as the principal technical advisor for cybersecurity matters. Advocate for cutting-edge security practices and technologies both internally and within the wider cybersecurity community.
• Client Engagement and High-Level Consulting: Engage with clients at a strategic level, providing expert consultations and ensuring that StickmanCyber meets their advanced cybersecurity needs.
• Innovation and Research: Spearhead research and development efforts in cybersecurity, pushing the boundaries of current knowledge and practices, in solving emerging threats and challenges for clients
• Risk Management and Technical Oversight: Oversee comprehensive risk assessments and provide high-level reviews to ensure the effectiveness and security of both StickmanCyber’s and StickSecure’s strategies and operations.
• StickSecure Platform Development: Be the customer and consumer of StickSecure and provide input in the development and evolution of the StickSecure cybersecurity platform. Collaborate with product development, and other teams to provide relevant feedback and inputs to build a robust and innovative platform.

Requirements

• Extensive experience and expertise in cybersecurity, particularly in technical leadership and innovation and CISO roles.
• Demonstrated experience in platform development and strategic project management.
• A strong visionary with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of successful team collaboration and innovation.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including emerging threats and technologies.

Reporting Structure

• Reports to the Founder and CEO of StickmanCyber.
• Collaborates with the Founder and CEO, on the development and strategic direction of the StickSecure platform.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing and Operations for the overall growth of the business.
